Mullanet is built to help Iranians abroad access Iranian services. We minimize data collection and never sell your information.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide the service: account email, connection metadata required for operations, and support messages you send us.
What we do not do
We do not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, or the content of your traffic. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
Account deletion and 14-day grace period
When you request account deletion, your account enters a 14-day deactivation period. This protects against accidental deletion and unauthorized account takeovers. During this period you may restore your account by signing in again.
Anonymization after the grace period
After 14 days, personal identifiers such as your email, Google ID, and profile data are permanently erased or anonymized. Anonymous aggregate data may remain for service operations and security.
Financial records (legal retention)
If you made purchases through Mullanet, invoice and transaction records may be retained for up to 7–10 years to comply with tax and accounting laws, even after your account is deleted. These records are no longer linked to identifiable profile data after anonymization.
Fraud prevention (legitimate interest)
To prevent promotional abuse and enforce our Terms of Service, we may retain an irreversible cryptographic hash of a deleted email address. This hash cannot be reversed to recover your email. Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
